This is an interesting question, and each firm may approach it differently. As far as we know, most employers do credit checks for all new employees as part of the comprehensive background investigation. Some firms have thresholds they put in place and others evaluate these situations on a case by case basis. Policy may also vary based on size of the firm, or size of the claim. We certainly can’t say for sure that the judgments will pose a concern, but it is a possibility. You might want to consider asking about the firm’s policy if you’re concerned.
